Where is the store based?

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes! We only ship USPS First class mail, which is not registered. So far we haven't had any lost packages overseas!

How long will it take to receive my order?

US orders ship media mail. Media Mail generally takes 2-10 business days, but usually not much more than a week. If you need it faster, send me an email and we can ship priority for an small extra charge.

International orders ship USPS First Class. This can take 2-12 weeks. Usually orders don't take much longer than two weeks to arrive (depending on your country's postal service.)

Can I track my order?

If you are in the US, you should receive an email, once your order is shipped, with your tracking information. This is sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.

First Class International orders do not receive tracking information. We can provide receipt of shipping if needed.

What if anything else is wrong with my order?

First, check the Storenvy Buyer's Agreement for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

What if something is wrong with my order?
